Planning Parties, Weddings or Meetings at The Ridge

We will work closely with you to organize and coordinate your special event. We realize that each event is unique and we will assist you with each individual request as it arises. You’re going to be pleased with the one-on-one service that we can offer you.

Menu and beverage arrangements:
The Ridge Bar & Grill menus and wine list are available for your consideration. Prices are subject to change without notice or promise and should be used as a guideline for your costs.Menu prices will be guaranteed 90 days prior to the function date. Each price is subject to a 19 percent service charge and applicable sales tax.

Outside food and beverages:
In general all food and beverages will be provided by The Ridge Bar & Grill for your event. You can, however, provide your own wine, champagne and cake. But a $10 per bottle corkage fee will apply for wine and champagne (750 ml).

Due to our insurance policy, we prohibit banquet guests from taking any food away from the facility, with the exception of the cake. A 19% service charge and applicable sales tax will apply to these charges.

Rentals for meetings:
For meetings, which can be held Sunday through Friday, breakfast is available until 11 a.m., lunch is available from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and dinner is available from 3 to 9 p.m.

Ridge I, II, III – These rooms individually require a minimum of 25 people each and have a maximum of 70 people each. Renting one of these rooms is possible from 7 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. at a rate of $400 per room.

Library – This room requires a minimum of 10 people and has a maximum of 25. The rental is available from 7 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. at a rate of $150.

Rentals for parties, including weddings, reunions, balls, proms and holiday dinners

For parties, such as wedding receptions, reunions, balls, proms or holiday dinners, the ballroom is available for five-hour time periods but an additional hour may be booked for a $200 fee and must be arranged in advance.

Ridge I, II, III - These rooms are available for parties on Sunday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. for any five-hour time period.The room rental rate is $400 per room and the set-up charge for the dance floor is $150. Each room individually can handle 70 guests. We have a minimum guest number of 25 per room.

Ridge Ballroom (I, II, III) – This room is available on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. for any five hour period.The ballroom rental fee is $1,500 which includes the dance floor. The ballroom can handle a maximum of 250 people. A minimum of 100 guests is required for a Saturday.

Library - This room is available from Sunday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. for any five hour period.The room rental fee is $150. The minimum is 10 people and the maximum is 25.

If the event goes beyond the contracted time frame, there will be an additional $500 fee.

For outdoor wedding ceremonies, the fee is $450 plus $1 per chair rental.

All applicable state sales tax will apply to all room rental fees.

Included in The Ridge Ballroom rental includes room set-up, food set up and service, chinaware, glassware, silverware, white linen, burgundy napkins, our signature centerpiece, clean up and the dance floor.Additionally, we provide a built-in sound system with one microphone and DMX music if requested.The sound system is not available for use by DJs and bands.
